四、Description of each part
1. Mechanical part description
Deviation correction and film folding machine:
1) Independent deflection correction film bending machine, steel plate structure, 2.5kg magnetic powder tension automatic control.
2) The analog deviation correction system adopts brushless servo DC motor deviation correction system + Italian color code sensor, with long service life and stable operation; fast linear speed (can support 400m); high precision (deviation correction accuracy of 30 wires); deviation correction stroke ± 75mm.
3) Inflatable shaft discharging and pneumatic feeding. The maximum discharging width is 1400mm and the maximum discharging diameter is 500mm
Elevated part:
1) It is equipped with fixed feeding rack, inflatable shaft feeding, and bottom inserting device, which can be used for bottom inserting device of square bottom bag;
2) It is equipped with heat setting device, which can set the folding edge (not suitable for too thick PP film)
3) It is equipped with double-sided tape feeding device, which can paste the double-sided tape on the plastic bag synchronously.
Traction part:
1) One group of rubber rollers is responsible for traction, and the pressure of rubber rollers is pneumatically controlled; The traction motor is a three-phase variable frequency motor, and the speed is controlled by the frequency converter;
2) The swing arm is controlled by the cylinder pressure
Perforated part:
1) Equipped with a pair of 8mm Round hole puncher.
2) Optional for punching and hanging holes
Bag making part:
1) Advanced silent mechanical linkage structure, the machine runs quietly and stably at high speed
2) The main feeding rubber roller is high-quality butadiene green rubber, and the pressure is controlled by air pressure.
3) It is equipped with a set of square bottom bag device, which can move forward, backward, left and right to adjust the position and automatically discharge waste.
4) Equipped with an imported electric eye, it can accurately track the printed color code
5) The hot cutting knife is an imported special internal heating steel knife, equipped with a flat knife and a flower knife.
6) Double imported servo drive and constant tension design ensure that the square bottom edge sealing is firm and the notch is smooth
7) High quality conveyor belt is driven by three-phase frequency conversion motor, and the frequency converter controls the speed
8) It is equipped with a wooden worktable, and the worktable is equipped with a small start and stop switch.
9) If the bag making width is within 400mm, the automatic bag sorting machine can be used and driven by stepping motor. When the bag making reaches the whole book, the manipulator will automatically move forward and clamp the bag and drive backward.
