1. Touch operation, Panasonic PLC control, with photoelectric tracking, fixed length setting, automatic counting, automatic shutdown when material is broken, out of step alarm, high-level shutdown and other functions;

4. The printing bag tracking adopts Taiwan photoelectric switch.

5. Equipped with automatic bag sorting device:

1. Automatic bag sorting machine can be selected if the width of automatic bag sorting is within 300mm.

2. The moving distance of manipulator device is controlled by stepping motor and driver.

3. There is a stepping motor to control the moving speed of the conveyor belt.

4. There is a DC motor to control the vibration of the baffle.

5. Workflow: move the baffle to the specified position. When the bag making machine reaches the full speed, the manipulator will automatically move forward, clamp the bag and drive backward. The moving distance is set in the computer

6. The inflatable shaft, pneumatic feeding, automatic constant tension control, analog deviation correction and Italian photoelectric are adopted for discharging, which makes the discharging stable and accurate

7. Equipped with ultrasonic device, double folding device, bottom inserting device, pearlescent film inserting device, pneumatic drilling device and synchronous tape feeding device.

8. It can complete the production of a variety of plastic bags. It is an ideal equipment for making OPP, CPP, HDPE, LDPE and other plastic flexible packaging bags.
