Commercial regulations:
1、 Payment method
30% deposit shall be paid in advance, and the remaining 70% of the payment shall be paid before delivery. It is subject to the transfer of corporate account or the bank account provided by the supplier.
2、Delivery period
30-40 working days, the supplier shall deliver the goods within 40 working days after the buyer pays 30% down payment. If the supplier fails to deliver the goods on time due to special reasons and needs to delay the delivery time, the delayed delivery time shall not exceed 60 working days.
3、Delivery period
The Demander shall pick up the goods 40 working days after the down payment of 30% deposit, and the delivery time shall not exceed 1 month. If the delivery time is delayed due to special reasons, a written explanation shall be provided to the supplier. With the consent of the supplier, the delay time shall not exceed 6 months. If the demander delays to take delivery of the goods for various reasons within 6 months, the signed contract shall be void and the deposit shall be owned by the supplier as liquidated damages.

6、Inspection, installation and testing
l After notifying the inspection and testing machine, the customer can send an engineer toSmile Machinery Co., Ltd. or entrust Smilemachinery to complete the final inspection and test work.
l Before the equipment leaves the factory, the Demander shall send representatives to the supplier's site for trial production acceptance. The equipment shall be inspected and accepted according to the company's standards. During the acceptance process, the Demander shall not put forward the requirements for changing the configuration at will. If the requirements need to be changed, the requirements for changing the configuration shall be put forward and listed in the contract before signing the contract. If there is no requirement for configuration change before the contract is signed, it shall be regarded as the supplier's standard configuration for acceptance. If the demander has any objection to the supplier's equipment during the acceptance process, it shall be deemed that the buyer has breached the contract, and the signed contract shall be invalid, and the liquidated damages of double purchase value shall be compensated to the supplier, and the deposit shall be owned by the supplier as liquidated damages.

7、Guarantee of quantity and quality
l Difference of quantity / quality arriving at destination port during transportation
l If there is difference in quantity / quality at the port of destination during transportation, the customer should raise the question within 30 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination.
8、Validity period
Within 30 days after quotation.
After sale guarantee
Warranty period: gearbox, motor, hydraulic motor, frequency conversion, AC contactor (one year warranty).
If the cause of the problem: voltage instability, wrong connection or wrong wiring.

（2）do not disassemble without authorization
During the warranty period, if the fault is not man-made,Smile machinery will provide maintenance and the freight shall be borne by the buyer. If it is caused by your incorrect operation, you should bear the maintenance cost and freight.
