二、 Function description

Unwinding method: the coil is rolled up by air expansion shaft cylinder.

Unwinding and deviation correction: the machine adopts domestic analog quantity deviation correction system to track the edge of materials.

＞Deflection adjusting device: the aluminum unwinding guide roller is equipped with a longitudinal deflection adjusting device to enable the material to run parallel to the guide roller to the maximum extent and ensure the precision of coiling

Degree and quality.

＞Unwinding tension detection: Hall switch shall cooperate with magnetic powder brake to realize unwinding tension. The unwinding roll diameter is detected by the Hall switch, and the output is calculated

The tension is calculated automatically by PLC.

Unwinding control: the machine control has the functions of starting, stopping, speed regulation, alarm of unwinding surplus material, and tension regulation of unwinding, which is similar to the winding position.

It is matched and synchronized with each other, with host speed display and unwinding tension display.

Traction device

＞Traction drive: the traction roller is driven by a frequency conversion motor and driven by a synchronous belt.

＞Traction roller: after dynamic and static balance correction, the traction roller operates stably without vibration source, and is suitable for wider range of materials and high-speed applications.

＞Traction pressure roller: the traction pressure roller is made of rubber roller, and after dynamic and static balance correction, the traction pressure roller lifting is pneumatically controlled

The force is adjustable.

＞Meter counting: the encoder wheel is used to detect the working length, which has the advantages of high precision and high resolution. Considering the production process requirements,

The program is designed with the functions of accumulative meter counting, automatic stop upon arrival, etc.

Slitting device

＞Cutting method: round knife is used.

＞Tool holder quantity: the standard configuration quantity is 3 round knives.

Transition guide roller: the aluminum roller is transiently driven, with diamond shaped cross lines on its surface, making the material more smooth and comfortable during high-speed operation.

Waste edge device

>Scrap disposal: The waste separation method of this machine adopts the air suction form. When the scrap is separated from the slitting knife, the guide wheel will remove the scrap from the internal part of the machine

To the outside of the machine, the waste edge is located on the left side of the machine.

Winder

>Winding method: air expansion shaft (the diameter of the air expansion shaft is customized according to the paper tube provided by the customer) to realize automatic tension control.

Winding drive: magnetic powder clutch is used for winding tension control, automatic taper tension control and synchronous belt drive

＞Back pressure roll: the winding contact pressure roll is controlled by air cylinder, the contact roll pressure is controlled by precision pressure regulating valve, and the contact pressure roll is of rubber roll structure,

The air pressure can be adjusted according to the winding requirements.

Electrical and pneumatic devices

＞Drive: the drive part is driven by high-performance variable frequency motor and controlled by matching variable frequency controller eight

To achieve high precision speed.

＞Control: The host is controlled by PLC program, and the human-machine interface is used to set the operation parameters and monitor the operation status.

＞Interface: Touch screen man-machine interface

Other configurations

The machine adopts high-strength and low stress steel wallboard with a thickness of 30mm. The wallboard has good stability after secondary stress relief.

＞All rotating parts of the machine adopt domestic well-known bearings.

＞The mechanical parts of the machine are processed by the machining center and CNC machine tools.

＞Emergency stop button and emergency pull switch are installed at the operation place of the machine.
